These terms cover the Sunday Archive app and the pages at sundayarchive.app ("the Service"), run by Sunday Archive ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission. We may refuse, suspend, or remove access at our discretion.
Sunday Archive helps you discover clothing from independent brands. Every product shown belongs to and is sold by its brand. We are not the seller. When you tap through to buy, you're buying from the brand on the brand's own site under the brand's own terms, prices, shipping, and return policies. Prices, stock, and sizes shown in the Service come from the brands' storefronts and are refreshed periodically; they can differ from what you see at checkout, and the brand's checkout is what counts.
Some links are affiliate links: if you buy after tapping through, we may earn a commission from the brand. It never changes the price you pay.
You can use the Service without an account. If you pick a username, post comments, ratings, votes, wishlists, or reply to a friend's request, that content is yours, and you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to show it within the Service so the features work (for example, showing your comment to other people looking at the same piece, or your picks to the friend who asked for them). You can delete your comments, and you can delete your account and its data from within the app.
Don't post anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spam, someone else's private information, or that infringes someone's rights. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend accounts that keep breaking them. Every comment can be reported from where it appears, and you can block anyone; reports are reviewed within one business day.
Product names, photos, descriptions, and trademarks belong to their brands. We show them to identify and link to the products; nothing here implies a brand endorses Sunday Archive. Brand owners can claim their page, correct listings, or ask for removal at brands@sundayarchive.app; removal requests are honored promptly.
Links you share (a piece, a vote, your wishlist, your stylist link) can be opened by anyone who has them. People who open them can rate, vote, comment, or pick without an account, under the same content rules. Only share links with people you're happy to hear from.
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that listings, prices, sizes, size recommendations, outfit suggestions, or availability are accurate or complete, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Size and outfit suggestions are estimates, not promises.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Sunday Archive isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything that happens on a brand's site or with a brand's products. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing.
